They look like they'll work well but they don't come in a paper sleeve, they come in three layers of plastic - not the greenest for plastic-free shoppers!

Added Antimicrobial. I'm not sure what microbes are added, but when I ordered them nothing was said about them, just that they were 100% sisal and didn't contain any 'chemicals'. I was specifically looking for something without antimicrobials. got very angry when I noticed "antimicrobials added" on the packaging material upon arrival.

Great product - works well, lasts a long time and I feel comfortable throwing it in a green bin. I just wish they were in more sustainable packaging. I used one of these for about two weeks and it was fantastic. I've used it to clean stove grates, cast iron skillets, and all regular cookware. It really works as well as green tape without scratching. And it has held up incredibly well. I expect to use it for at least another month.
