These earrings are not properly balanced. They slip out of your ears as soon as you put them on. Very disappointed that I donated.

The picture of the earring does not show the locking ball in the middle of the chain which prevents the chain from going too far through the ear. I don't like the "look" of earbuds. Also, the "needle" is too short to easily pass through the earlobe.

Yes, clear rubber backings should be used to keep them inside, but you won't notice them until you let people know. So it's not a problem. They are very shiny and catch the eye. I really had to attach a "pin" holding the crystal cube to the chain, but only because I knew it was quicker and easier. A note from the shipping company was attached to the earrings, asking not to leave a bad review in case of a problem.
