I know the carrying case is sold separately but if the device has a retaining ring or a way to attach straps it is better to take it with you than to buy a separate case or wear it yourself. hand

Turned on for 30 seconds the first time, and then the switch didn't work again. Too loud. Replacement ordered but only given one more chance. Thank goodness Revain comes back easily. Makes it less painful.

This thing showed promise and seems like a good idea for instant cooling, but the fan motor stopped after the first 1.5 minutes of operation work. A table fan blowing over a bowl of ice cubes in a strainer may be more reliable. I had to go back.

Used once for about 3 minutes then the switch broke and wouldn't turn on again. A replacement will be sent and if it works better I will update my review. It was also missing an ice pack, which I assume was meant to come with it.

We used this for 30 minutes (maybe) cool, windy today before the batteries (brand new) ran out. Plugged it in because it was told it would work when plugged in, but it doesn't hold a charge, the batteries make it wireless, and it turned on but wouldn't turn off unless you plugged it in. What good is a portable cooler that runs less than 30 minutes? The USB rechargeable fan I bought for $12 works better than this one... Please don't waste the money and time it takes to return it.

Received this because my nephew's child has trouble regulating body temperature and needs help. A feature that turns it off after 30 minutes isn't a feature, it's a pain. In addition, it is not insulated at all, so the ice pack will not stay frozen for more than 10-15 minutes, and the ice will melt even faster. So fa4r I am satisfied with this Personal Air Cooler with Sharper Image. It's pretty efficient. I mean the device should be close enough to the cold and it should be noisy too. It works, but don't expect it to work or be quiet at 2ft. In my opinion, for best results, get an antique-style drink holder for your window and a neoprene wine bag cover to insulate the tumbler. The next suggestion is to tighten the strap of the bag with accessories in the chest area. I also know of mugs of this type…
