Great option for a safe workout.

I'm a relatively new golfer, so I practiced quite a bit in my backyard between visits. With regular golf balls, I was a little nervous that I might cut the ball through my neighbor's window, but the foam balls just didn't feel right. After a bit of research I decided I'd spend the extra money to get them and couldn't be happier. They react very much like a real ball, but you don't have to worry about them doing any damage. Suitable for practicing swing technique.

I use these exercise balls to work on my swing mechanics. I have a nice mat and 8ft x 8ft netting set up on my porch and these balls are useful because they are (1) not too loud when hit to disturb the neighbors and (2) in On rare occasions, hitting the stem while experimenting with a stand, grip, etc., the bullet doesn't punch a hole in the screen or remove the plaster on the walls. Probably the most realistic and useful exercise ball.

I've wanted to try them for a long time, but it's hard to spend that much money on practice balls. I'm glad I did. I could only hit them with my wedges because my yard (two city lots) is too small for anything else. I usually run around 115 on a sand wedge and these fly around 50 (maybe a third of the height too). The ball grinds and slices just like it actually does, but it only pops when I hit my house.
