    That does not work; do not buy.

    The product doesn't work. This gives it maybe 30 extra seconds of use after being on the charger all day. DO NOT buy generic drugs. Just buy the Phillips one and save yourself the pain.

    Doesn't work with my model of toothbrush as advertised

    Doesn't work with my HX5500 although I don't think it was a $15 waste as it inspired me to ditch my old Sonicare toothbrush and head towards one upgrade to newer ones instead of having to worry about ordering from another manufacturer.

    Works better than the original

    Chargers get dirty at the base. Fortunately, the replacement base is easier to clean than the original base. I am satisfied with the product and would happily recommend it

    What I need is electric toothbrushes and accessories

    No way of knowing how long lasting they are as I just bought this item. I like the way it looks and how it looks made. I left it at the hotel. The hotel never answered my calls, no network which is only bad for this place.

    All in all it was a huge waste of time and money.

    This thing didn't work right out of the box. My toothbrush has been charged for almost two days and still won't charge. A little more time would be acceptable, but this is a phone that charges for four hours after receiving a low battery/rapid beep, meaning the toothbrush needs to be charged. I hope I don't have to pay large sums of money to Philips for a special "brand" fee.

    DOESN'T WORK for Chargers

    First working then not working. Writes that it is charging, but after 10 seconds the light goes out. I did my best to fix it, make sure it was stable on the podium and even keep it in the right spot there. It doesn't charge for more than 10-30 seconds and then turns off. waste of my money.

    This item worked perfectly when first purchased. After 3 months, it starts to partially charge the toothbrush, so it is very weak when brushing. A beep indicates a low charge despite being on the charger all night. I would not recommend purchasing this item. I have had this type of toothbrush for over 10 years and have never had such a problem with a charger. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I will buy directly from the manufacturer. hope this works

    Charger stopped working after only 3 months of use

    I use this charger in our trailer on wheels. It has rarely been used since I bought it on November 22, 2020. The charger worked the first two times we used the camper trailer. Stopped working on the third run. Apparently I can't return or fix it.

    Attention buyers! Chargers

    I have had a toothbrush for a few years. Unfortunately I lost my charger while traveling and couldn't find a charger in stock anywhere so I bought this product. Please don't be like me and ignore reviews that this charging station stopped working shortly after purchase. Even after a week of use, my toothbrush no longer held the charger. Do not purchase this product as a replacement as it will not work. Very disappointed. I hope this review saves someone else some money.
