They don't transfer to the fabric

These letters never came off the paper no matter how hot or how long I tried to iron them. Waste of money, don't buy!

Pros
  • Consistently too dull when tested

The same letter must be the same size.

Looks nice but the big letters were too big for my project so I use the same letters. It would be nice if everyone was the same size. Some of the small letters were as big as the big ones, so I had to crop some of them.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Piggy bank Price

No instructions, wrong dimensions

This came with no instructions, it took me quite a while to figure it out. Do not tear off the backing material, iron directly over it. Not very hot, I did it on medium then covered with a rag and ironed again. Letters mismatch in size, lowercase "l" matches lowercase "e"

  • Always liked

Works well!

I put them on a Nike sweatshirt for my boyfriend and it stuck really well. I cut out the letter I want and place a piece of parchment paper between the fabric and the iron as a barrier. I put the iron on the cotton setting and ironed for about 40 seconds. I used tweezers to gently pry open the plastic and the letter adhered perfectly.

Pros
  • Thermal transfer
Cons
  • Disappears

That's amazing!

I used them to write our names on our Christmas stockings and I didn't really have much faith in them, thought I might try embroidering the letters on the new stockings when they not work . but oh my god they turned out really good! The only one I obviously screwed up was my dad, but he doesn't care. I probably pushed them too far apart because the letters peeled off in thinner lines than I expected, but I'm happy with the result. I bet they will work even better on regular cotton. Get thoseโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Embellishments and decorations
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Fancy Sizes

Beautiful letters that are easy to put on our Christmas stockings. The problem is that some lowercase letters are too small and don't look good against regular lowercase letters. For dad we had to use capital letters to make it look normal; The lowercase "d" was much smaller than the lowercase "a" and would have looked odd next to each other. Also, the small "l" was too small, so I shortened the capital "L". As a result, some stockings were written in all caps, while others were written inโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • Boring Wrapping
