These elbow pads are a great buy. I bought the large ones based on my size and while they fit well, they didn't hold my hands very well - to the point of constantly slipping into the wrist guards. I have elastic velcro straps from another product that I wrapped on top of my biceps and that seems to have fixed the problem. 4/5

I initially gave this 4 stars, but one of the protective pads tore after 3 months; I can still use them but a tear in the padding runs right through the joint in my elbow making it very vulnerable.
