very small and very thin

looks very cheap and easy to tear when wearing a helmet. It doesn't sit on the head like a skullcap, but like a bathing cap.

Pros
  • stable test results
Cons
  • long delivery time

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfortable, essential for full-face helmets

Inconspicuous, very helpful when putting on the helmet. It keeps ears straight and allows good heat dissipation. You don't even feel it when it's on.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Quality

Don't Worry: Protective Gear

In the picture it looks like a thicker material with added substance, but what you get is a tiny ultra-sheer fabric that's transparent through the thin material. Not even close to what it seems.

Pros
  • Great Construction
Cons
  • Not Bad

Completely different. on Protective Gear

Completely different. Alpinestars cap is one size, not as described and completely different than pictured. Possibly even fake as they are mass produced and the logo and quality do not match.

Pros
  • Trial year
Cons
  • So far so good

Much smaller than the old version

Too small. I already have one of these a few years ago that finally needs replacing and this new one is significantly smaller. It fits my 5 year old son perfectly.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Small and light

This cap looks and feels lighter than I thought from the picture. I wear a big helmet and this hat only covers the top of my ears. It's too small for an adult. It's comfortable and I'll probably wear it on warm days to (hopefully) keep my helmet pads from getting sweaty/soiled. I was expecting a large cap at $16. Not a deal breaker, just not what I wanted.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • negative impression

What a rip off in the motorcycle and powersports category

Alpinestars should be ashamed to put their name and logo on this product. Not only does the product look nothing like the photo, it is also so small that the supposed earbuds barely reach the skull. The material is cheap, light, and razor-thin, and it doesn't absorb a drop of sweat, so not only does it not fit, it also fails to do the job these things are supposed to do, which is to keep your helmet dry and clean. Class action material here on this product. What a scam, I have never felt so…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Nothing here

Great Product - Helmets

Pros: Breathability, Fit/Support, Comparability Cons: Slips over ears. The cap is thin and durable. It's highly breathable but doesn't stretch, which helps it stay in place when riding with a lot of head movement. The cap is thin and fits well under helmets, especially those that are tight fitting. I've had other thick brimmed hats that can put a lot of pressure on the forehead, but this one doesn't. Because these cover your ears, it makes putting on a helmet with headphones/earplugs a lot…

Pros
  • Hands-Free Operation
Cons
  • Very Expensive
