Good finger protection

Good price and great protection. My husband closed the car door on the middle finger and damaged the tip. The nail turned black and the buttocks hurt. This item was a good defense against pain.

Great Finger Brace - Finger Splints

It was exactly what we expected and it worked great! Just like the ones you get at a doctor's office. It provides protection for the toe and immobilizes it, while the padding on the inside cushions it. I also like the velcro on the outside, they are easy to use and keep the bandage in place.

Pros
  • Good product for the price

  • I don't remember but there was something

Finger guards for braces, splints and bandages

I accidentally stuck my finger in the car door. He injured the entire tip and blackened the nail. For 2 weeks I've been using it to deal with an injury. I can finally write a review with my fingers. It's not comfortable, but it's good protection. The finger slides in easily and the velcro fastener fixes it securely. I recommend having them in your first aid kit. At a very reasonable price.

The material used in the material is highly toxic.

The foam used is toxic and causes redness, inflammation and swelling of finger dermatitis. Then my whole finger turned black and didn't heal. When I took it off the pain stopped briefly and returned when I put it back on. Now, three weeks later, the top layer of skin has shed like a snake's skin. I did not understand that this condition was caused by the material. Now I've stopped using it, the redness and inflammation are going down. I keep having swelling and pain. I have all the evidence of…

Worked great! on braces, splints and bandages

I have Ménière's disease and fall attacks from time to time. On my last one, I injured the ring finger on my right hand pretty badly. Due to the current situation, I didn't want to go to the emergency room. I could move my finger but I couldn't bend it much because it was very swollen. We bought this splint set and I put a medium sized splint on my injured finger. It hurt a little because it was making him, but that night when I took him off to apply ice, the swelling was a lot less and he…

Fantastic protection from finger injuries

I really liked that this is a multi pack so you can use it on any finger or even if the injury is on the finger. This is a great home purchase to add to any working first aid kit. It's amazing how many times you accidentally tap your finger on something without realizing it. Using it helped me stop hurting my broken finger, instead taking the brunt of each punch without bending the finger at the knuckles. Too bad I didn't get them sooner than I actually did. The straps snag if you try to put…

Great rail! The only problem is the Velcro.

I received 3 packs of finger splints today. On the index finger of my left hand I wear a medium-sized splint that I dislocated in early October. I wear a homemade splint consisting of half a wooden clothespin and an elastic bandage wrapped around it. My finger is slow to heal and it doesn't help that I accidentally poked it on something that caused more pain and inflammation, I smacked it 7 times! Oh! Due to pain and swelling, I ended up going to the emergency room for an x-ray to make sure it…

Designed for long-term use?: Medical supplies and equipment

When I saw aluminum tires (with blue foam) on the internet, I was surprised and intrigued that when they arrived they were blue and not the color of natural aluminum. After wearing it for several hours, I realized that the blue color is a plastic protective layer that is peeling off. I would also like blue. The hoop (I've only used the smallest of the three tires so far) was pretty easy to use. It's flexible enough to be placed on the right number (my pinky). The velcro was easy enough to…
