Working on a CNC milling machine. I use a 45 degree bevel, only cut to a depth of .10, use a feed rate of 30 ipm and 20,000 rpm. The first one broke fairly quickly, but it cut a long line of pieces without a break and worked for about half an hour. The second bit broke on the second pass through the first part. Another brand also broke earlier. Cut scrap plywood, heavily weathered, for use in jigs. Hopefully when I switch to new plywood for my actual projects I won't encounter this breakageโฆ
