Slightly more expensive but worth the money

Typical Amana in very high quality. Due to the small diameter of the shaft in which it runs through the bearing, this nozzle is a bit delicate, but this cannot be avoided. If used properly, this bit will last a long time. I do most of the cuts with a 1/2" or 3/8" bit and then sharpen the corners with that bit. Ideal for luthiers for milling pickup holes.

Pros
  • Power tool replacement parts and accessories
Cons
  • Crumpled

Not for beginners, but great if you know what you're doing.

This is a fantastic cutter when used properly. It seems quite brittle so I would never cut it deeper than a few millimeters or cut too fast with it. But by making shallow cuts and slowly working from a template, I can make indentations for the guitar's lighted truss rod caps. It cuts so cleanly and thoroughly that it leaves a lustrous finish on the wood I've used it with. It cuts through maple, mahogany and cherry with no problem.

Pros
  • Cut
Cons
  • String shorter than other picks

Precise cuts are good for straight, spiral and end mills

When you need precise cuts for your project, this router bit will help. There aren't many options for small diameter (1/4 inch or less) flush bits due to the difficulty of mounting a bearing on a shank; In general, the smaller the diameter, the more likely they will break with moderate use. to Witeside bits but they don't make a similar one of this size.Used this bit in a Bosch Colt plunge router to cut cabinet hinges in ragweed maple.with a flat bottom with no cracks or lint on the sides of…
