Clean cuts every time

Take your time, I've spent over 50 hours with this attachment with no problems. It eventually broke when the switch tripped and the router/vacuum landed on a different circuit than the table. The CNC kept moving, the router was turned off. I ordered new beats and now everything is in the same store. This bit is very thin, it's 1/16 inch, so keep your feed and fork very slow and let it do its thing. Anyone who says this attachment is bad just doesn't know how to use it.

Pros
  • Power Tool Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • Something Else

I only ordered here because I needed a quick nozzle

So far I have used two of these nozzles, the first of which cut a lot of material and the first broke after about 12 hours Work. cut it, put a new bit in and after 2 minutes it broke, and now I've ordered another one to fulfill a special order. I used cedar (softwood) and kept my cuts flat. They're thin, but I figured I'd get more time out of this second piece.

Pros
  • Spare parts and accessories for the router
Cons
  • Little things

Broke on first use.

After searching the Internet, I liked the Amana brand. I bought a few beats and none of them impressed me. This 1/16 bit broke when first used on *softwood* poplar. Bit 1/32 was broken on delivery and I'm afraid to use the replacement they sent after seeing the 16 didn't work! Extremely disappointed, I'm afraid the rest will break soon. I'm very happy to be the first to buy these beats and not waste more than $2000 on their 52 piece master set. Some lessons were learned the hard way. Probably…

Pros
  • Power tools and hand tools
Cons
  • Non-automatic
