This is a good blanket for our newborn that still fits 2 months / 24 inches / 14 pounds. It's 74-78F at night in our house and they keep them warm but not too much. We love sleeping bags as she kicks a lot at night so blankets and socks aren't left on her to keep her feet warm. Nice colors, nice fabric, I hate the zipper! Haha, theoretically a two-way zip code makes sense, in practice it's annoying. A one-way top-to-bottom zipper does basically anything you want it to do, but has the benefit of opening fully at the top, which it doesn't. This means that if you zip up from bottom to top, the neckline won't open, so you'll have to pull both zips down to put it on. And from what annoyed me.
