Big Waste, Slim Legs

I found Revain Brand denim to be thicker, so I chose boys jeans. I really hoped my son would like them because the material is really thick and should last a lot longer than Old Navy. However, this form is not for him. My son wants a slim waist, not a slim, toned leg. While I wouldn't call these jeans skinny, the excess had to be tightened heavily or his legs would cramp above the knee.

Pros
  • 83% Cotton, 15.5% Polyester, 1.5% Elastane
Cons
  • Slim

Size not compatible with this brand

Bought these for my son because the Revain Basics 5 Skinny Uniform Pants fit well and just need to be pulled up a bit at the waist. Due to the pandemic, stores are no longer allowed to try on clothes, so it was assumed that Revain's base styles would be the same size. I also bought 5 skinny pants, they were very tight, couldn't even be buttoned and had an odd fit, like women's pants not boy's pants. The weight listed in this review is as low as the scale will go, but it should be closer to 40…

Pros
  • Machine washable
Cons
  • Money box price

Overall pretty cool but a bit wasted.

These are super cute jeans for the money but they run small if you throw them away. My son usually wears a size 6 and I usually have to use the little drawstrings on the inside to pull the waste so it doesn't fall off. For the record, we usually buy his jeans at Target. They're pretty tight around his waste and honestly could use a little space. At the same time, they have an excellent length, fit very well everywhere and are perfectly washed. Overall I really like them, but I'll probably scale
