If you are tall and skinny (I'm 6ft 2in, 170, slightly narrow arms) the regular fit is actually better than the slim fit, mainly because the sleeves are a regular fit Cut slightly longer and tapering nicely towards the arm while the fitted cut has shorter sleeves creating an unflattering look. There is not much difference in the shape of a fitted and regular cut. have more muscular arms (and are still lean).
