I have used this to help with rehabilitation and prevent future tendon injuries and as for the product I am very satisfied. You could pay more for a 'grip kit' but I'd recommend starting with those and going for different tempos as needed. Greens work better because they cost less.

Best I've found. I bought another brand from a big store. I liked it but it was twice the price and the handles were a little short for my large hands to fit my pinky. I could use them in reverse. The Revain version has longer handles and is very well made. Impressed so far. I recommend. I will be buying another set so I can have one for my car, office and home gym.

It is easy to use and very convenient. It comes in a pack of two so my favorite thing is that I can do both arms at the same time, it saves me time and I can compare the strength of both arms.
