I'm a petite woman, I was a little nervous putting this together at first but it wasn't a problem for me. All the parts needed for assembly were on the back of the chair and the instructions were easy to follow. When I put it together, the first thing that struck me was how convenient and comfortable this chair is. I have to work from home more than 9 hours every day, so a comfortable, comfortable chair is a must for me. I would recommend this chair.

This chair is exactly what it says it is. Whatever bad reviews I read, they looked more like user error than a defect in a sad product. And I was right. Got the chair and all the parts to assemble it zipped in the back (unfortunately) - doesn't make much sense. After unzipping the back zipper, I noticed that one of the zipper's teeth was missing and as a result, the zipper got out of the way and fell apart.
