Works as it should.

They are great for my baking sheets. I've been using them constantly for the past few months. They are easy to clean in the dishwasher but not so easy to wash by hand. If you cook greasy food on them, you really need to clean or soak them or they'll stay greasy. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this product and would buy it again if needed.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly

I wanted to try these baking trays, the reviews were good, but that doesn't always translate into reality when buying. They actually worked (and tested) as advertised. The cookies bake well and evenly and are very easy to release from the trays. After that, they're easy to clean—as easy as any large floppy disk.

Pros
  • Easy to clean, great for crafts
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something

Excellent heat resistant mats

I use them when gluing Swarovski crystals on clothes. I needed something heat resistant so the crystals wouldn't stick to my work surface and also my heating tool wouldn't damage my table. They fit perfectly for what I needed them for. However, I have not used them for cooking yet. There were two rugs in that order so I'll have to try the second one in cooking soon. Very durable and seems easy to clean.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Bought more because they are great

My husband gave me two of these a few years ago and I recently bought two more to bake/cook more between washes. I have a large family so we regularly use 3+ pans at a meal to roast meat and veggies or make homemade fries. They work fine. Not perfect - they still need a bit of oil or non-stick for some things, but cookies dry bake on them perfectly, and even when I'm cooking meat or veggies they make cleanup a lot easier. I highly recommend.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some issues

Great deal, but not great.

So that's a lot for what you get for the price, I've been using the smaller one for baking almost every day since I've had it so my wrist can be clean for that oven... I had to /had to pour a lot of fish detergent to clean it but I still left these 'food marks' on the mat but now it looks very old like I've had it for ages which it hasn't. , in any case I am already looking for another carpet, would I buy this one again; probably no

Pros
  • Appliqué required
Cons
  • Reliability

Why didn't I get this years ago?

Much easier to use than parchment paper. And since you can wash them and reuse them, that's no problem. It's about 1 1/2" narrower and about 1/2" longer than my pans, but it doesn't matter. The biscuit will cook beautifully on a dark brown stripe around the brown center. Also, they don't slide off your baking sheet and knock all your cookies off the bottom when you take them out of the oven, which happened to me twice with parchment paper. It's not like they stick to the pan. In fact, they…

Super safe baking mats

I use them for baking and cooking so often. They are easy to clean, heat resistant, distribute heat well and are great value for money. I think they would be a great addition to a gift basket of baked goods and/or cooking treats for a new college student or someone who has just moved. I highly recommend this product. I have not received any compensation for my review of this product. I love giving open, honest and transparent reviews of products that I enjoy trying. I hope this review was…

A little sticky at first but gets better with age

I used to mostly use Silpat baking mats but I was looking for a cheaper option. At the time of purchase, a Silpat mat cost twice as much as two Amazon mats. They were definitely worth a try. In fact, the first time I used this mat, I noticed that food stuck to it. I don't remember if this has happened to my Silpats, but I've found that the problem gets better with use. Over time, these mats will absorb some of the oils from the food and become increasingly non-stick. They darken with age and I…
