We are looking to update our motorhome with more modern fittings and I was looking for something inexpensive but not ornate. Looking at the pictures it seems to meet my expectations. When I received it I was thrilled. It is very beautiful, durable and easy to install. My expectations were exceeded. I am a very happy customer.

Good quality and price. It's easy to install without any experience of that kind. We use it for our garage. It feels light rather than the stable solid feel of Heavy Metal, which makes me concerned about its durability. Will be updated if it breaks during use. This handle fits perfectly into the existing holes for the handle I replaced. I needed a key lock for a room converted from a bedroom to an office. The handle works smoothly and the key is inserted with no "latches" or restrictions. This pen is as good as any of the big names in the big department stores. I'll definitely take another one if needed.

Very disappointed. The door handle set arrived without a key for the outside door handle. There was a key slot but the keys were not included. Calling it a lockable door handle and showing the handle with a key slot is rather misleading! Everything else was solid and the instructions were well written. Shame about the lack of a key - makes it completely useless for the cupboard we wanted to lock! The item has been returned.

My house was built in the early 90's with old fashioned round doorknobs. I wanted to upgrade them to lever type. Having to replace 24 different types of locks (private locks, gate locks and gate locks) it was important that they all look and feel good without spending a lot of money. The installation only took a few minutes. I order them in batches and am happy to say that I am very satisfied.

After assembly, the handle sticks and remains crooked when opened. This does not affect the function, but you must return the handle to the horizontal position, otherwise it will remain crooked. Problem. I'll leave that, it was only seventeen bucks so it's not that much. But if you want a strong pen I would go to Schlagle or another reputable brand.

Inspect your items upon arrival! Our doorman got pushed back at times and it took me a while to open all the boxes with handles. Although the scan sticker on the box said 'Matte Black' for what I ordered, the handles in the box were wrong; two were of silver and one of bronze rubbed with oil. At this point it is too late to change. The grip itself is good. Slightly scratched in black. Opens perfectly with a quarter or the end of an electric needle (I have kids, I know all the tricks!).

Fantastic door handles - look great and are easy to fit. I bought a set of Revain Basic straight lever door handles and I really like them. I wanted to order more but they were delayed. So I made the mistake of buying a similar pen from Kwikset. Terrible! The Kwikset grips were shorter and didn't look as sleek and were awful to install.
