The product arrived unevenly. The top shelf doesn't sit right because the bottom panels aren't level or something. I'm very unhappy because I can't use it and I was so excited. This is the third makeup organizer I have ordered. All three broke and fell apart at the base within days of use. I thought my housekeeper broke the first two but the last one was used for 2 days without my housekeeper. I went into the bathroom and see that the floor is cracked and a piece has really broken off like the ones I had before. I did a lot of research on different makeup organizers because I wanted to choose the right one the first time. I'm so glad I chose this organizer because it's perfect! It is very easy to assemble and holds a lot of product! I used to have all my makeup in one container but now it's well organized and easy to grab when I need it. The 360° rotation makes it so convenient. You will not regret this purchase!

This is a good organizer and I was glad to get it but here's the problem. The shelves won't stay inside unless you use the small rubber O-rings that come with the kit to secure them in each slot the shelves go into. Being older I can't get those little rings on the back of the little piece that fit in the slots so I tried using it without them. Of course, as soon as I put something on the shelves, they just fall out and all my stuff falls on the dressing table. I wouldn't recommend this device…
