This folder is really pretty and looks even better in person than on the web. It's well made and looks solid. So why only 4 stars? Because while it's a great binder for "something," it's not that great for Vicki Boutin's line of products, particularly her printed and stamped combo envelopes - too tight a fit that makes ripping the binder complete. In that respect it is very disappointing.
