I like how easy it is to use, since all my information are collected in one place. The only thing i dislike about Ametras is the cost of implementation, at times they do not have enough resources available. Other than that, everything looks great! The most valuable benefit is to have access in real-time, without having an employee there physically collecting data from clients as well with minimal or no training required; it also saves cost by not hiring staff at client locations who will only waste resources if things arent automated yet.
