We had a new CIO come in a couple months ago and he was looking for recommendations on how to bring our systems up to date with current technology standards. He came to us with his list of vendors and what they offered, and we gave him a recommendation for a vendor who could fit within our budget. Since then, we've had multiple meetings and phone calls with the vendor and have

It was great to work with AMR Consulting and develop my understanding of the market. AMR provided detailed information and direction, and had very specific ideas about how I could best position myself within the market. My most significant takeaway from working with AMR was that I would need to be involved in every aspect of my business.   • They were able to give me advice and assistance on almost any question I had regarding the market
  • They worked hard to get my company website ready for launch

  • I called them and they told me that I should expect two days turnaround, and then never heard back until my site went live
  • Their customer service representative had an unusual accent that made her difficult to communicate with.
  • I don’t know if they are too busy to answer emails, or maybe they are overwhelmed by the volume of requests they receive

AMR Consulting has provided excellent advice for us since 2014. When we first engaged them, they had extensive knowledge of ERP systems and recommended a software package that fit our needs. Since then, they have assisted us in creating new processes and reporting within our organization. Most recently, we’ve worked with them on creating better data entry processes into our accounting system and improving our database security. I would recommend AMR Consulting to anyone looking for assistance…

  • We have been through several challenges over the last year, and AMR Consulting has remained patient and helpful when dealing with problems
  • While we are always running behind on tasks because of unexpected circumstances (we are building an e-commerce store), AMR is able to help us catch up and keep us up to date
