🔍 Enhance Your Microscopic View with AmScope EP5X305 WF5X Eyepieces (30.5mm) Review

They weren't that good for me, optical lens glasses are too small at both ends to go from 10X to 5X. I was expecting a larger field of view for small surface mount solder boards, they 30.5mm fit my SE-400 AmScope perfectly, they were apparently made for a microscope not a stereoscope! In fact, my 10X on the right gives me a larger field of view than the 5X and they're a lot brighter! it should be the other way around!

Like others posted here, this is NOT widefield and there is no reason to buy these if you already have a 10x WF (which is really widefield). I wanted them to be visible on a larger scale, but instead you get the same view of the 10x WF but on a smaller scale, like looking through a keyhole! Don't buy them! However, they looked exactly like the product from this link: AmScope EP5X30 A pair of WF5X (30mm) microscope eyepieces. However, the packaging says EP5x305 and claims it's 30.5mm vs 30mm. Based on the labeling one would think that this is the right product…
