I like how easy it is to use and the customer support. I also like how it has a lot of features. I dislike how sometimes it will only let me upload one review instead of two. I like it easy access all of my customer's information as well their purchase history in one place without having an account for each vendor they have done business through me! Sometimes when you're looking at someone else's sales sheet or invoice details there are fields where some text has been accidentally deleted so this can be confusing if not careful but overall very helpful tool once set up correctly (which isn't too tricky).
