AMZPing Review

We've used AmzPinging to track our sales figures, manage customer service inquiries, monitor fulfillment orders etc., but we haven't found anything that would be even slightly negative about it so far. The support is always available, friendly people who are willing help you out as much or little they can. I like that you can see an overview of your sales, products sold etc all from one dashboard! It is not as intuitive to navigate though which makes it hard when new users are looking at their first set up or have questions about how things work so far in general. You also don't get immediate notifications if something goes wrong with orders/inventory (eBay style).
