Best replacement for cheap plastic RV fittings

I connected this to a brass vacuum break valve to replace the original plastic RV black water tank flush valve. It will probably survive the RV itself. You can never go wrong with brass fittings.

Pros
  • Hex Nipple for connecting two threaded pipes or fittings
Cons
  • Doubt

What I needed: Fittings

Like another reviewer, I used this to connect two shower hoses to my hand held shower. I didn't fiddle with the teflon tape or wrench to make hair come out, but that's my fault, not the fit. It worked very well when I had surgery and I was able to use the hand shower without stretching. Good, I would order again if needed.

Pros
  • Brass for corrosion resistance, high temperature ductility and low magnetic permeability
Cons
  • I'll write later

They hate bathtubs because they have to be sprayed from above.

Just what I needed this time. I have this to connect 2 stainless steel shower hoses together so I can wash my dogs in the tub without spraying water over them. They hate bathtubs because they have to be sprayed from above and you can't direct the spray. By connecting two hoses together, I can reach them with the shower head and spray water only where it's needed. This eliminates the need to get it in their face. They enjoyed their last 2 baths a lot more. You are happy and I am happy!

Pros
  • Male NPT thread to connect to female pipes
Cons
  • I will add later
