The comb works great but I keep turning it off and changing the heat setting while styling because the controls are on the handle. I love the comb but hate the settings layout. I hope they update the product. I will look at the position of the settings before buying the next comb.

For people who only use it for what I intended it for, my beard, use it on the first set up. DO NOT set it to 5 or more. It's still pretty hot at 1st. Leave one on, turn off for a minute. Just be careful when approaching the skin. If you have sensitive skin, it will definitely sting. Go through the knots like it's nothing.
