🎵 Andover Audio Turntable Speaker System - Spinbase (White) Review

I was very happy to get it paired with my Audio Technica turntable on a good stand so I can use it in a small space. I was disappointed with the overall sound quality as I was hoping for a fuller and richer sound. I've played around with all the settings, but that's how it is. Can only agree, especially for the price.

I ordered this item as a last minute gift for my niece and was afraid I wouldn't get it for her birthday. I didn't have to worry as I received a delivery notification at 10pm an hour after I placed my order! I was really impressed. My niece was delighted with the gift. This is a great speaker system and she was very pleased with how easy it was to set up her bluetooth player. Aesthetically very nice, and the sound is GREAT!

So after looking at all the YouTube reviews for this product I wasn't sure about all the "big sound" that people often talk about Spinbase. Yes, it doesn't vibrate, but there's not that much bass. The treble and bass controls are inconveniently located on the back of the product, so every time I tried to adjust them while the turntable was playing I risked ruining the tonearm. I'm not an audio expert but I found that the amplifier in this product is not very high quality.

I like the simple design and functionality. This is of course not high-end hi-fi, but the sound is very good. I wanted a simple setup to use my turntable and it's as easy as possible to get a very good sound. The sound quality is much better than all all-in-one players. The only complaint I have is that the volume control on low isn't very good or non-existent. You turn the volume knob and there is no gradual increase in sound level at low frequencies. It instantly goes from no sound to a noise

I recently received a Spinbase turntable and matching white Spindeck speaker.
