Manuals were incomplete. The installation and operating instructions were not complete. When I tried to contact the seller they didn't help me at all.

Perfect fit and very easy installation

Great product. It fits 100% perfectly and in less than 30 minutes. There's more than enough room for all the movies and music you could ever listen to. And Android apps are limitless.

Big disappointment.

I really wanted to like this radio, I thought it would be a cool upgrade for my ml 350. I installed it but got no sound. ok except there was always a hesitation when turning it on, after it took 2 weeks i decided to return it and reinstall the factory unit, i guess the auxiliary cable isn't that bad.

Don't be fooled, this product is the worst

Worst decision I made with this product, the unit worked fine initially, they started making no sound . have to turn off the car, open and close the door, they will work, start doing this once or twice a week, now I'm very upset every day, and the worst happens, now the screen doesn't even work, I'm trying See, if i can get an exchange but revain won't take anything now it's a factory warranty and impossible to get if you don't want to lose your money don't even think about buying this

The product works well but buyers should be aware of what other accessories should be purchased with this radio to get the most out of it. For example, I installed it in my Mercedes Benz ML350 4MATIC. The rear camera does not work, the sound does not pass through the native amplifier, which is why the sound output is poor.
