Everything seemed to be right so far.

Everything was fine until I installed Sling TV. This allowed me to log in, but the shows wouldn't play. Sling Support TV couldn't figure it out. Reinstalling didn't help either. Such a shame. As much as I wanted to keep the box, I had to send it back.

Product arrived defective

Product arrived defective. The blue LED turns on and off with the remote control, but nothing appears on the screen. It looks like something is loose in the case. Returning a product and considering a more established brand in the future. 5 stars because they accepted the return straight away and it could be sent back for free. Didn't order a replacement.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT. NOT ONE STAR. Worse than the set top box many years ago. Definitely DO NOT BUY!

Not only is there no navigation bar in this box, but even if you take the app, it still doesn't work. and the app closes and you have to go back and keep finding where you were, you will love this box. Very tedious and tiring. Apologies for buying this box as it's definitely worse than my last two boxes, MXQpro and A95x (A95x is a million times better than this box which has so many problems it's pathetic)

Disable Wi-Fi - TV & Video

I sign in to use it and Wi-Fi is disabled. And when Wi-Fi is on, it doesn't find any connections. You have to keep turning it off and on again. I made the mistake of buying the same box again. I used the other to see the security camera. He did the same. WiFi was disconnected all the time. And I would have to restart. Don't buy this box

GREAT TV BOX! Suitable for TV and video

Very good alternative to Firestick! I'm a big fan of the Android operating system, so this box was a no-brainer for me. Very easy to set up and install. The video quality is amazing and works like a top. It's only been a few weeks so I can't add any information on shelf life but so far so good. The remote control is cheap and not very comfortable to use, but otherwise I have nothing bad to say about the device.
