I've tried a lot of carbon paper for my sticker translation business and had mixed success. I've finally found one that works consistently with even the thinnest and most complex decals! The paper version of the same product also works very well (actually even better) but I find my customers want the clear version to line up when applying the sticker (and I admit they are right, it's a lot easier). I really liked it. The paper has a low enough opacity that it is very easy to line up to a pattern and the 1x1 inch chart makes sizing easy when used in conjunction with my digital cutting plotter. Adhesion is perfect between just enough tack to lift the vinyl safely from the backing and not so tacky that pieces of vinyl stick to the transfer paper when I remove it after stenciling. For my first experiences with vinyl I bought transfer tape from Oracal. It was difficult to use and such a big contrast to the Angel Crafts band. I liked how little effort it took to separate my vinyl from the backing. Works like an absolute charm. I have now used this for forward transmission, reverse and layered designs.
