Description of ✨ Sparkle and Shine with Angelus Acrylic Leather Paint-1oz.-Silver

Brilliant paints perfect for decorating and staining smooth leather, vinyl or anything permeable. Will not peel, crack or rub-off when fully dry while remaining flexible. Water based for easy clean up. Can be used for mesh, cotton and laces when mixed with 2-Thin. Mixing with Angelus Duller will dull the finish for a soft, matte look.

Love love! Suitable for painting

Excellent price and quality! They really brightened up boring neutral colored swedish huskies and the brush head was a great bonus! The color is chic, light silver with a medium shine. Very pretty!

worked best for painting

Took a pair of comfy old but oddly colored moccasins and made them fresh and fun. Too bad I took the photo beforehand, they used to be a light mustard color. I don't know if it also works with a darker color. Worn in the rain, still looks good.

  • Good Thing

I saved my $350 purse

I thought I ruined my leather handbag, a gift the manufacturer didn't want to fix it so I painted it this color without losing anything. I've had great results with leather shoes so for the price of this jar and brush I feel like a new purse!

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Good quality leather paint

It took me 5 coats to cover my black boots and one bottle was enough for a pair. The brush that came with the paint was tiny and it took me ages to get a bigger brush. Should I buy leather dye? My friend used regular spray paint for her boots and by the end of the party it was cracking and peeling. My boots still look good.

Pros
  • Art supplies
Cons
  • Some loose change

There is no better cover for painting, drawing and creativity

I have painted several saddles with this brand. When I started painting this one I thought the silver might look good so I ordered it and when I started using it it looked the same as the white, there was no coating, very watery and I just had to apply one paint a few layers to achieve the off-white effect. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product in my life. This paint is so watered down it's awful, it's very watery and has no opacity. 🤬

Pros
  • Colors
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Made the repairs I needed.

I have a very nice Fieldsheer motorcycle leather jacket with reflective silver trim for better visibility. Over the years, the skin beneath the skin began to peel off in places. Began to look flashy. I used this silver paint to carefully repaint all the silver trim. An ounce was more than enough. The paint has sealed the old peeling paint well. It flexed normally when moving and stopped flaking. It won't stand up to scrutiny but will save a $300 jacket.

Pros
  • Arts, Crafts & Sewing
Cons
  • Ripped
