UPDATE: great customer service and cables. There was a problem with the cable, report it to the support team and they fixed the problem asap. They sent me a new cable that works with my LG G6. Thanks Anker, that's why I buy your products because you don't say you care about your customers and they are happy and send quality products that work. bad or what but my LG G6 won't charge with this cable, gives a low battery warning etc. Not what I expected from Anker must have gotten a bad one.

I have two of them and as you can see they are only 7 months old. I use them every day with two Anker block batteries. My phone is almost always charged as it is heavily used. I bought this cable for my S8+ just over a year ago. Last month I noticed that the connector was starting to detach from the cable as shown in the picture. After using it I thought it was charging my iPad Pro too slowly and that I should use USB-C to USB-C instead. But then I noticed that it doesn't even register that it's loading at all.
