Beautiful necklace given to my wife after the loss of our beloved Schnauzer. Necklace quality is excellent, packaging is excellent. She loves it and already has a few other things in mind to buy. Will definitely buy again!

I bought this as a gift for my colleague as her dog had just passed away. The item arrived, it was cute and very small, like a nickel, but she liked it and only wore it twice because the chain suddenly broke and she lost her charm! This is a very cute necklace, but you can make the charm a little bigger with a more durable necklace.

Mine was very difficult to read. It looks great, but it's hard to decipher the words. If I didn't know what it said, I probably wouldn't understand it. I wish I had bought one without words. Also, my chain broke. I honestly think I just received a broken one but not sure if I can return it due to the broken chain. I like the hanging idea. It is very sweet. I recommend it, but maybe without a letter.

I bought this necklace a year and a half ago (July 2017) when my dog died of cancer. Unfortunately it fell off last week and we couldn't find it 💔. It hasn't faded in a year and a half, and the clasp has only started failing in the past few weeks. I then had to replace the chain, it was my fault. I will definitely buy a replacement when I have the money. Although 1.5 years of 24/7 wear is great!

I love this necklace as it is a loving reminder of my FAVORITE PRECIOUS service/therapy dog Bailey who I sadly🥺😢🐾 lost in my arms last year! However, the necklace is EXTREMELY SMALL and almost has to be zoomed in to even see what is written on it, so I only gave it one (1) star ⭐️ for its value for money! I would suggest if you want it bigger unfortunately you will have to find it elsewhere!

As you can see it doesn't look like the picture, it's basically what you pay for. It looks a lot better in the picture but once you have it you will see a big difference. The heart is huge and the little stones that are there look awful. But the lesson learned, because it looks good at this price point doesn't mean it will be beautiful. Also watch out for returns, it will cost you more than what you paid for it.
