This is a beautiful and very feminine watch, unlike some of the big chunky watches sold to women today. I like that it's a strap and buckle, no links. The bracelet is so dark blue it almost looks black - you can wear it in any color. I like that the watch didn't move to keep the battery from draining. And the claim that the strap is leather? I doubt it. Or if it's leather, it's faux leather. The watch has a strong chemical smell even if you just open the box. Definitely not the pleasant leather
