Love EC Resin!: Additive Manufacturing Products

New to the party. Started with another company's washable resin, my first print which was two towers on a Mars 2 Pro. Despite the large turnout, the smell was too strong to print a second object. Once exposed to air, it won't go away until the next day. Even with a big open window, a fan and a huge air purifier. I stopped using it and bought some Anycubic EC resins. Weigh the bottles BEFORE opening, you didn't get what you ordered.

Paid for a full 500g of resin, maybe got half of it. I ordered a bottle of clear resin. Just got it, tried it today. I went to pour the resin into the vat, (carefully as always) I had to pour it further than usual, I thought maybe it was thicker than other resins. No, the bottle started pouring normally and when the bottle was empty the vat was not at the maximum fill line. I have a small machine with a maximum capacity of 260ml which means there was less than 260ml of resin in the bottle. I…

The finished product is good, but cleaning may not be worth it.

I recently switched to Eco UV Resin because I wanted to be a good citizen of the planet and thought that switching to a water soluble, plant based product would be the right thing to do.
