Description of Anytime Tools Flexible Indicator Positioner

Used for centering of workpieces on a milling machine. 3 Dimensional Holder for Test Indicator. Unique Central Locking Knob secures both arms and holder. Holds indicator with 3/8" stem or dovetail. Each arm length: 2.1". Test indictor 0-15-0 0.03"/0.0005" with dovetail adapters.

Flexible and Accurate - A Must-Have for Industrial and Scientific Applications

When I tried this innovative tool I was impressed at how easy it was to position and read the indicator accurately .It`s perfect FOR tight spaces, and the flexibility allows it to conform to any situation. The end result is precise and reliable measurement. The only downside is that it may take a few tries to get used to positioning it exactly where you need it. Overall, this is a great addition to any industrial or scientific toolkit for dimensional measurement..

Great idea, terrible workmanship.

The entire arm flexes and is forced to move when the locking knob is tightened. You have to tighten the knob before the lever actually engages, and half the time you can see the indicator dial drifting for about 5 seconds afterwards. It usually drifts from 0.003 to 0.005. I wouldn't even recommend it for amateurs, let alone professionals.
