Reel seats are smaller than standard and rattle like crazy, it's like driving a car on a rim after a flat tire, useless and can damage the female side of the reel assembly ( cleaning corners from too loose a seat) . The rest of the parts seem to work.

The overall quality of the replacement product appears to be good, but unfortunately I only received half of my order. There wasn't a single green roller brush in my package! I'm not sure what happened. I feel cheated because the pictures here do not match the product I received.

Filters are without question excellent and fit perfectly but the brushes are terrible! They seem perfect until he starts peeling. Something is wrong with the fit or design of the brushes because they are LOUD. Also, the reels seem to get stuck at times, making it sound like a chainsaw hitting gravel.

Everything fitted perfectly, but then switched on. These videos turned my nice quiet vacuum cleaner into an incredibly loud shaking mess. The material of the roller is firmer but it seems like there is something more behind it because now there is a vibration in it. I'm 100% sure if I leave them in a vacuum they will destroy it. The brush that came with the kit wound up on the carpet, this has never happened in 3 months of use. Avoid this package at all costs!

The rollers are incredibly loud and squeak. Not sure what's going on, but it looks like they don't have the same tolerances as the official Roomba casters. If I take out a roller, the device is quiet. Adding a second really makes you think. I did a thorough cleaning of the device to fix this issue, but the problem persists. I wouldn't buy it again which is a shame because it's great value for money. Everything else in the kit suits me, but the casters have to be ordered separately.

okay listen this is going to be very fair and very realistic so buckle up. For ANYONE who is complaining about how noisy they made your room, you need to understand the reality. Yes, they made mine louder too, but you know what else they did? Didn't break after walking across my floor 4 times and saved me a ton of money on a Roomba made by Roomba rolls. Parts look like originals but rollers generate high vibration and noise. This problem has been reported in several comments, so it may be more pronounced depending on the model. I have E7.
