They are a bit heavy but it feels right. They seem expensive, but they seem to be good strong qualities. I would recommend them for hanging ninja style.

I bought a pair of these to swing on the poles that protrude from the sides of our new poles. Everyone liked them so much I bought a second pair so two people could race at the same time. They're strong enough for adults to hold, but light enough for kids to easily lift and swing on.

We got these for our 10 year old daughter to use on the ninja doorknobs we have hanging in the garage. She loved them very much, but today one of them broke in half while rocking! Luckily she had one hand on the other ring to keep from falling, but it could have been really awful. Our confidence is shot.
