APEC Water Systems HBB 20 Housing Review

A great purchase and addition to an existing water treatment system. Easy to mount with a bracket that can also be found here.

Seems to work but it was very difficult to attach the canister to the body and get the o-ring in place and to hold position.

Housing quality looks good. My 3M brand 4-1/2 x 20 filter fits fine, no problem. Two problems: 1. About 2 inch of thread in the cap (for the case) was broken. It looks like it hit the case in transit and the box wasn't damaged. So insufficient packaging design.2. Neither the case nor the mounting bracket (sold separately) come with fasteners *and* neither do they come with instructions telling you which screws to use.
