Quiet, powerful, perfect

Never heard of this brand but I'm a fan. I bought it mainly for the price and next day delivery. I needed a replacement power supply for a home server in a closet. It was delivered as promised. It was very easy to install and came with extra hand tightened screws which is a big plus. I would like to purchase some of the mounting screws that came with the kit so I have more on hand for other projects. The power supply is silent, which is a big plus in a home server situation. Great positive…

One of the best company.

I bought it in July 2020. It was working a few days ago and then it just stopped. I emailed them and they responded same day asking for purchase information. .I sent it in the next day and got a reply this morning. They sent me a replacement free of charge. Anything can break or cause a problem. How a company solves problems is the most important thing, at least for me. I work on the computer and use a lot of details. I had some parts that didn't last and had to be replaced. It's no good waiting

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

Died less than 4 months ago

Purchased on a spare PC in August. Quit your job for no reason by December. There is no return policy, so save someone the hassle in the future. I pulled it out of my computer, stuck it in the wall, plugged in the cables and didn't spin the fan. Save some money and spend a little more for something that will last a lot longer.

Either works or doesn't

All in all a decent power supply for the money. What do you expect when you pay these prices? However, every purchase will be a bit of a gamble as every few of them will DOA or die within a week or a month. The ones that work, oddly enough, work without problems for a long time. It seems to be a quality check issue with Apevia. Luckily, thanks to Revains' excellent customer service and easy return system, any DOA or problematic power supply can be quickly replaced. I've bought several of these…

Bad luck or the product has a short lifespan.

My computer's power supply (known as a Supernova) eventually died and I replaced it with one of these. This went on for some time. Maybe a month and at most some sort of replacement before the fan started rattling so it sounded like a diesel car idling. Shortly thereafter, the power supply to the PC began to be randomly cut off. (No shutdown sequence. Literally "on" to "off".) As far as I know the power supply must have been assembled with loose components (maybe more) since a light tap on the…

Exact computer replacement for gamers

For the price it was perfect. It was a direct replacement for the one in the computer. It was easy to install and worked great right from the start. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Works perfectly. for internals

I bought this for my second PC as it was a lot cheaper than the Corsair RMX 850 that I use in my main gaming system. I'm surprised at how well it works, as does the more expensive power adapter. Normally I would advise sticking with well-known brands after the problems I had with Thermaltake, but I would say that this is a good device. I will be buying more power supplies from Apevia in the future.

Very quiet and pretty easy to install

Overall it was pretty easy to install. The only problems I had were .1. Screw mounts didn't all fit in my case. 3 of 4 were dead while one was only slightly knocked off. Enough that I had to drill a small hole to expand an existing one to install the case.2. The cables are coiled and well insulated, making them difficult to bend and adjust in my cramped PC case. I do not mind, especially since it is a fact of installation on my computer. The fan is very quiet and has been running for me since…

  • Finally bought it
