💧 APEX EXPRT MR 2050 Countertop Water Filtration System Review

We love the APEX FILTER. Installation was very easy as was the quality of our water. Has a really good flow rate, very fast. The only problem is that it keeps running/dripping after shutdown. We keep a cup underneath to collect excess water and use that water for our dogs! Can easily recommend this product.

Incredibly practical table filter. It had a mild bitter taste at first, but cleared after 15+ minutes of water circulation, now tastes amazing. One of the best waters I've ever tasted, tastes like a Culligan man. Our dogs didn't drink much water, but they dramatically increased their intake after using the water from this filter! We spent about $60 a month on bottled water and knowing we paid for it in just 2 months is worth the investment. Also less plastic.

I am satisfied with the product and the service. I have previously criticized the slow delivery of adapters that were not included. Contacting support staff resolved the issue. The only problem was the delivery as it was during Thanksgiving and Christmas and I realized this was due to a USPS service delay. I recently bought an Apex 2050 to see if it was any better than the Apey 1050. Don't waste your money on these filters. They arrived as advertised and were ready to use straight away. Installation was very easy and we were so excited. After about 2 weeks, a slight smell of sulfur appeared. We didn't pay much attention to it, but then it got worse and we couldn't drink filtered water anymore. I actually broke my aerator trying to remove it to install the MR-2050. Problematic from the start.1. They send out the worst instructions I have ever seen in my life. I really wanted to like this filter a lot. 7 days after installation the water smelled awful and gave me terrible diarrhea. Unfortunately, I don't have a sense of smell, so I didn't know I was drinking rancid water until my girlfriend used a filter and told me it tasted rancid. I received a refund through Revain and then contacted the seller to let them know (A) I've already received a refund and I'm not looking for anything (B) You should know your filters are making people sick. read reviews.

I have come to the conclusion that there are always one of two problems with filtration systems. the exit is slower than I could believe. But this guy is the case. I had a faucet cleaning filter before and the Apex was twice as easy to set up, doesn't leak and I have yet to discover charcoal dust in my water (my Pur filter failed all three).
