Great for keeping track of software issues

I like that it is easy to upload screens when using their website, as well as providing information in text format about my screen/sampel (resolution etc.). There are some problems with speed of loading up - sometimes there can be large delays after clicking "upload". It would also help if they had an option where you could select which screenshots should show or not so this shows everything but takes ages! This helps me keep track over time of how many new issues we have across our entire…

  • Easy way for uploading multiple screenshot
  • Very simple layout & good interface design.
  • Can easily add notes within dashboard view too; )
Cons
  • Sometimes very slow response times from site while trying submit data
