Very skeptical after reading other reviews. But when I received it the tablet looked like new, or like new, I didn't see any physical damage or problems. The battery was in dire need of a recharge, it was dead on arrival, no big deal. Charge up and start setting up. No questions. I ordered two iPads for my business. Shipping 14 euros paid, delivery took 2 weeks. Finally managed to set up the iPad, it seemed to work fine for a day or two, then cellular service stopped at one. Called Verizon who told me the iPad can't be used as a cell phone because it was labeled as an iPad that doesn't pay for their cellular plan and it ended up in collections.
