Description of 🍏 Effortlessly Peel and Core Apples with Cucina Pro Apple Peeler and Corer - Durable Chrome Cast Iron with Secure Countertop Suction Cup

Suction cup adheres to counter top with a strong hold. Red enamel coating gives this peeler a retro look. Chrome cast iron construction for years of service. Peels, slices and cores in one simple motion. Great for peeling potatoes. The handle of your apple peeler might appear like it's on backwards when you receive it - this is to keep the product safe during transportation. You should remove the handle and put it back on correctly upon receipt.

Garbage, just garbage: kitchen and dining room

This thing is garbage. The tines holding the apple pulled the apple out, tasting both ends. The vegetable part is blunt. Slicing never got that far, but it's also boring. I bet everyone else is garbage too.

How did I live without before?

He does whatever he says. The thing is super cool. Cut, peel, core. All at the same time. You can also just cut or just peel. that works great. Super easy to clean. Very impressive. Worth every penny.

The pen broke 3 apples in

I wanted to love this product and loved it at first, within the first two minutes. I've been working on making applesauce for my kids and loved the easy way of peeling and slicing apples and then cracking them! 3 apples in and the handle breaks :( Now it's back and I'm buying a stronger one.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Long wait

The biggest design flaw. for kitchen utensils and gadgets

This well-made unit has one major design flaw that other reviewers have pointed out: The cleaning blade is too thick. As a result, you cut too much of the apple with the skin on, making it difficult to remove the core from firm, half-ripe apples. I have been using another brand for 5 years with no problems and have tried this one because of the higher rating but will be going back to another.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Useless Features

Definitely do not bother and does not work with potatoes as advertised

Although the packaging says "great for peeling potatoes" it definitely isn't. If your potato isn't perfectly round or cylindrical, it will only peel halfway through. As for peeling apples, he doesn't do that job very well either. It leaves quite a bit of peel on both ends and doesn't peel off all the peel in the middle. This thing isn't worth tweaking and cleaning after I'm done. It cannot be washed in the dishwasher, it must be hand washed. I am considering returning it tomorrow.

Pros
  • A Dream Come True
Cons

I've loved it so far. best tool for fruits and vegetables

I love apples but I don't like peeling them. I have a hard time peeling an apple due to some physical limitations, so I bought this cottage cheese about 6 weeks ago. I don't bake - I can hardly remember the last time I turned on my oven! At first I liked it; easy, quick - although I had to use a piece of plexiglass to hold the suction. For some reason it just wouldn't stay on the countertop, and my cutting boards are only textured or wood. In any case. I eat an apple several times a week, so…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
