Item was defective and I was charged for return shipping. Truth? I already have one at home and it's a great keyboard, but the fact that it broke and they charged me for shipping earned them a star.

I do not recommend buying "restored". My order arrived without an important detail. The agent I spoke to didn't believe me, it was difficult for me to convince her, not a good experience.

Item NOT as described. This is a 3 battery keyboard and it has NOT been checked or cleaned. There are 3 exploding batteries in this keyboard and a third battery is stuck inside making it unusable. Claiming that they are professionally tested and cleaned makes me question the veracity of that claim and whether any products work. It's not even the product described.

I received the keyboard in a plain white shrink wrapped box. It looks new to me and I can't find any blemishes. I'm writing this review with a keyboard and I'm very happy so far. It's 4 stars at the moment and I will update my rating in the next 3 months. So far, I am very satisfied. Not a bad keyboard. This lasted 3 years + 1 week before it started slowing down the response time. This keyboard is what you're looking for if you're as loyal to Apple's aesthetic as I am, but I'm reconsidering my opinion at the moment. My volume buttons have a full 60 second delay, which is annoying. In addition, this keyboard is anything but ergonomic. It's also less comfortable with a palm rest. I may have to turn to the dark side and buy a keyboard from another manufacturer. wump wump.

Standard Apple Bluetooth keyboard, compact. Great style and design. Key switches feel good. The aluminum body adds weight and weight to the entire keyboard. Works great with a MacBook Pro (connected to an external display). It just brings cleanliness and order to my desktop. I like that the trackpad and keyboard are kept together. Like many others, I had problems with the wired keyboard that came with my iMac. For example, function keys that suddenly stop working, or a sleep function that doesn't "wake up" properly. There were problems with the number keys, so I opted for a wireless keyboard. Doesn't matter!
