Great EMR software - wish it was more user friendly

I like being able use it both from my computer as well mobile devices for appointments! You can also have multiple doctors in your practice using this software so you don't waste time having each doctor log into their own system separately when they are at different locations during one visit or phone call with client; helps make patient visits more efficient because not every physician needs access to all information while visiting patients (i know we were told otherwise but its just easier…

Great software to use for a dental practice

It was easy for me as an owner of my business (a dental practice)to use this software! I have had no problems with it at all - everything works perfectly well so far. The customer service has been excellent too; very responsive whenever we've needed assistance or clarification about anything related to our account/sales process etc. There's nothing in particular which i dislike other than perhaps how long some things can take from time being submitted through via their website interface but…
