Works great and solves alot, even better than expected

The software does what it should do very well for us with limited staff (2) as we work remotely from home some of our team members. It takes time to get used to but once you learn everything you need then you're good! I'm not sure if there's anything else that i particularly dislike about this product. Overall though it works for us really well. We are solving lots of problems with the ability to send messages out automatically when issues arise. This makes for less manual paperwork which has…

  • Easy layout, easy navigation & user friendly interface no learning curve required at all just straight into using your system without any hassle or training needed great support provided by their customer service reps who've always helped me quickly resolve my queries/issues
