Not perfect quality, there is a small defect.

The seller and sent a version for the Chinese market. All in hieroglyphs. In general, the CIS joined the Aqara block. The sensor itself passes the water tests successfully. I put a minus to and the seller (not ) solely for deceiving the buyer in terms of selling goods that are not certified for 2022. That is, the goods are gray !

Pros
  • Small, compact.
Cons
  • Stupid activation button. Barely squeezed his finger.

Has some pros: It gets the job done quickly and keeps its charge for a whole year. Does not necessitate the use of wire. With regard to its drawbacks, kindly take note that it is only compatible with the Xiaomi smart home platform (for which you will need a dedicated hub) and the Mi Home app out of the box.

The sensor's contacts are in the form of bolts. After unscrewing them and adding plates with wires, I discovered that although there was only one sensor, it had two trigger locations. In order to illustrate my second argument, I will use the example of a point light bulb. The actual cottage can be found below, hidden entirely behind the kitchen set. This area is referred to as the lower level. If you connect it directly, then all you need is a wall between the sensor and the hub, three…

Pros
  • ZigBee protocol connection to Xiaomi Gateway 3 was successful and did not encounter any issues. It functions quite well. Instantaneously, I was able to pull myself up to. In your smart home, configure Alice to start screaming whenever there is a water leak, and Gateway should also start screaming.
Cons
  • When I first tried to press the button on the sensor, I assumed I needed to touch it. But then I realized that wasn't the case. It came out that all you needed to do was apply more pressure to the button; doing so caused the body to flex, which in turn pressed the button.

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

The Aqara water leakage sensor, operating on the Zeegbee protocol, unlike the similar Xiaomi Mi Water Leak Detector, operating on the Bluetooth protocol, was seen and connected in one second. Unfortunately, Xiaomi Mi Water Leak Detector, no matter how I tried and did it, I never saw it!

Pros
  • Great sensor! Connected to the third Xiaomi gateway without any problems. Works flawlessly!
Cons
  • So far so good!

Nicely packaged with paper instructions. Adding to the system is quite simple. You need to bring the sensor to the hub, press hard and hold for a few seconds until it flashes and confirms the connection.

Pros
  • Handsome, graceful. Clearly works when water gets in, checked before installation in a permanent place. Up to two years does not require battery replacement. Easily integrates with Aqara system and Apple Home Kit
Cons
  • No

Excellent product, the best quality.

It is better to use it incomnjunction with a blocking tap, but I changed these sensors to others - newer ones. Review can be viewed here

Pros
  • Great sensor. Warned many times. Easy to connect
Cons
  • No

I am using ioBroker. Sensors fit without problems. It is not yet possible to transfer the statuses of sensors to Alice. Set up telegram notifications. Checked, everything works.

Pros
  • Small sizes. Installation is very simple: 1. Connect with smart home system (zigbee) 2. Throw the sensor under the sink in the kitchen, under the bath, behind the toilet.
Cons
  • The need to periodically check for battery charge (although you can make a low battery notification yourself). I hope it lasts at least a year.

If you place the sensor in places where the sensor is immediately visible (in the kitchen sink and under the bathroom, for example), then you can fix the leak in several places with one sensor. To the bolt contacts located below, you can screw the wires and stretch them to the desired place for fixing the leak. Look, there were pictures here, how it is implemented.

Pros
  • smart thing
Cons
  • Now everything related to leaks should be immediately brought to mind, and not wiped after each leak)))

When connecting to the getewey 3 gateway, you need to hold the button (sensor center) for 5 seconds. and press the hub button three times (three short presses - if you overdo it, you can reset the hub). If everything is correct, then the device will automatically be added to mi home. You need to RE-enter the application and enable the necessary (and possible) automation functions.

Pros
  • Possibility to connect several leaks remotely using wires only if one sensor is available.
Cons
  • 1. Dances with a tambourine when connected. 2. There is no leakage alarm system by the sensor itself - it is useless to put it in a prominent place (a controversial minus, but who cares).

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

All shortcomings solved in one fell swoop! Now notifications come with a maximum delay of 2 seconds - everything is solved by deleting the Mi Home application! For many years, the Orange Pi PC + mini PC was lying around idle - I installed Armbian + Python 3.9+ Home assistant (HASS) on it. Set up automation with sending notifications to Telegram! That's it, the security system with an instant response to events is ready.

Pros
  • Cool Zigbee technology, autonomy for more than a year, it ALWAYS works (but there is a bold but), Works with the YTC4044GL gateway (MI gateway 3)
Cons
  • For installation in hard-to-reach places, you need to collect fasteners to get it. And the most important drawback that crosses out all the advantages is the inability to receive actual push notifications from the sensor in the MI HOME application - why then spend money on this system, if it is simply impossible to use it as a security system, messages arrive on time only at night after 22:00 (selected region 2022) No display of battery remaining in the Mi Home app

Nice price, good quality.

If not for this long way of setting up, I would put five, because. the sensor performs its main task. It works on a leak and it is possible to set up joint scenarios. Of course, you can use the application from Aqara, but this requires a native hub from a similar manufacturer. In practice, the application from Xiaomi Mi Home is more like it. Pros below: Works with Mi Smart Home Hub, Xiaomi Mi Home ecosystem and Smart Home. When setting up, the Smart Home application with a connected Xiaomi…

A good product, I advise you to try it.

As it turned out, the product can cause difficulties and a beginner has a lot of questions because of the short description, after you figure it out, everything looks simple and thoughtful in terms of sensor placement. Pros: A compact device, I took it after comparison with competitors. First of all, of course, I was prompted to buy a set of devices from this manufacturer from the 2 column. In principle, as expected, everything was connected, placed behind a chest of drawers, because the…

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

Basically, nothing special. A sensor with 2 contacts, when closed, a signal is sent to the Hub and the action configured when triggered occurs. You can send a message to the linked device, turn on the light or sound alarm. In combination with other devices, it can be configured to close the water. The only thing, as the manufacturers assured, zigby devices should use each other to transmit a signal, but in fact it turns out that the sensor has a weak signal and barely reaches the Hub, although…

Pros
  • Works. Easy to install
Cons
  • connection. Demanding on the installation site
